Note to self.... Be Still & Breathe Deeply.

Note to self.... Be Still & Breathe Deeply.

If you feel overwhelmed, pause and breathe deeply.  It will calm you and release a certain amount of tensions.

If you are experiencing anxiety, worried about something coming up, or can not let go of something that already happened, pause and breathe deeply.... several times.  It will bring you back to the present and still your nerves.

If you are moving too fast, pause and breathe deeply.  It will remind you to slow down, and enjoy life just a bit more.

Take a moment and pause and breathe deeply..... ....... ...... enjoy each moment of this life. 

For this life is too fleeting, and may be over before you know it.  Don't waste a breathe in busyness, but pause and breathe deeply taking in life and all that it holds!
